About İzmir

Izmir is the third-largest city in Turkey, a coastal centre on the Aegean, known for its open spirit and the long Kordon seafront walkway. Modern and lively, the city is also a gateway to ancient Ephesus and to the Aegean coastal resorts nearby. For Macedonian visitors Izmir is more appealing for a city and cultural break than for a classic beach holiday, reachable by flight.
