About Nesebar

Nesebar is an old coastal town on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, whose historic core lies on a small peninsula linked to the mainland by a narrow isthmus. The UNESCO-protected core is known for its many medieval churches, wooden houses and ancient traces from its time as a Greek colony. Right next to it lies the large modern centre of Sunny Beach. For Macedonian visitors Nesebar is an appealing mix of history and beach, reached by a longer drive or a charter flight. Summers are warm and dry, with August sea temperatures of around 26°, and the season runs from June to mid-September.
