About Side

Side is a resort on the Turkish Riviera, east of Antalya, built around the remains of an ancient town on a small peninsula. Roman traces thread between the hotels and beaches, and the most recognisable is the Temple of Apollo right by the sea. Side combines an all-inclusive beach holiday with ancient heritage within reach. For Macedonian visitors it is a popular summer destination by charter flight, valued for its mix of history and sandy beaches. Summers are long, hot and dry, with August sea temperatures of around 31°, and the season runs from May into October.
